Once you register, you will receive an email confirmation letter. If it’s not in your Inbox, check your “Promotions” and “Spam” folders. We also recommend to check if the email address you’ve specified for registration is correct.

If you can’t find the email, follow these steps:

For web version users:
 

1. Click on your profile picture and then on the  icon, then click on the next button near email; after that, click the “Confirm email” button.

   
    

2. Check if your email is correct in a pop-up window and click “Send again”. 
    
3. Check your email. The confirmation letter is waiting for you there. 
   

For Android app users:
 

1. Tap on the Dimond Diamond and then on gear icon, after that, tap on edit profile.
   
    
2. Tap on Confirm email
    
    
3. Check your email. The confirmation letter is waiting for you there.
   

Note. IOS app users can use the mobile version of the platform to resend the confirmation email.
