All personal offers and bonuses for VIP status traders are generated twice a month – on the 1st and the 15th date of each month. Once the bonus is credited to your account, it stays valid for 3 days. . 

If you didn’t activate your bonus during the 3 days since it was credited – it would expire. You can always continue trading and wait for another offer.
